Rodion was also the Administrator of the Historic and Cultural Heritage award Program (now retired), offered by the Russian Server "Historic and Cultural Heritage of Perm Region" and was rated as World Top Award by Website Awards, and 5.0 by Award Sites! BIO:
  • Rodion Wildonoff was born in 1965 and lives in Perm (Ural, Russia). He is known in Russia as the founder and director of the first Russian scouts museum. Now he is the chief of the State Archaeology Service in Perm Region. The author of the several laws about protection of cultural heritage. Now protection of cultural heritage in Perm Region is most advanced in Russian Federation. Simultaneously he is the administrator of server "Historic and Cultural Heritage of Perm Region". He is an evaluator of the Heidi's Website Awards and Mesweet's Awards.
