| Evaluator Memberships
I had the privilege to be an External Web site Evaluator for four excellent Award Programs. I am now currently only able to be an external evaluator for one award program and I would like to thank Rodion Wildonoff for making me part of his evaluator team for the Perm Heritage Award Program. It is an honor to be associated with Rodion and his Award Program.  Perm Heritage Award Program™ is now open as of February 1, 2003. The purpose of this special award is to honor web sites whose content is concentrated upon history or cultural heritage (i.e.; history, arts, heraldry, monuments, archaeology, genealogical, literature, biography, and related subjects). 
The Perm Heritage Awards Program is presented to you by the Russian Website " Heritage of Perm", with their concept being "Cultural heritage is ancient family silver, which we should protect to transmit by right of succession to the successors." Award Levels: Gold, Silver and Bronze. All submitted sites will be visited and reviewed by Perm Heritage Awards™ judges panel (2-6 evaluators) within 14 days (probably 7-10 days depending on the volume of requests received). Perm Heritage Awards Program™ will review sites that are written in Permian, Russian, Spanish, German, Italian, English and French languages. All of Perm Heritage Award™ judges are independent technical and scientific experts with experience of an evaluation. Only winners will be notified about their result by e-mail. Perm Heritage Award Winners will receive an award graphic with the name of their site, and their web-site will be added to Perm Heritage Award winners list. Previous award winners or sites that did not earn an award may re-apply for re-evaluation after 2 months (after they have been improved). Specific criteria is listed at site. Past Evaluator Memberships I was also proud to have been an External Web site Evaluator for four other great Award Programs. It helped to increase my knowledge of evaluating Websites in different ways.
