Website Evaluators Code of Ethics
An organization of  Webmasters that offer Website Awards and support the concept that Website Award programs with serious criteria should themselves be compliant with that criteria and the fair issuance of their awards.  No ratings level or other recognition is required for membership.  It helps to assure the award seekers that an Award Program has Ethics when they are a member of  Website Evaluators Code of Ethics.

MetatroN
The First Choice Award-Index MetatroN is a German site that lists sites that only give out highly prestigious awards.  The sites listed  do not  give awards to just any page. They view the applicants and make sure they follow all their guidelines and one of the requirements to be listed on MetatroN is that the sites must have a winners list.  This is a truly remarkable site and even though it is in German language, you can tell the quality of MetatroN.  This is a must see Web site that has gone a step above in listing sites that give out awards.
