of Ethics
I, "Debra Sharp", Owner of Mesweet's Awards Program, do hereby declare
on behalf of myself and The Fairness & Integrity
Evaluators listed at Mesweet's Award Site and any other Evaluators
who may be contracted at any time by Mesweet's Awards Program to evaluate
for Mesweet's Awards or any other Sponsored Award Program, that we agree
to advance and promote the Web Site Evaluator Code of Ethics in order
to ensure fairness to all Applicants and to maintain the honor and integrity
of Applicants, Evaluators and Awards.
Pledges
-
We pledge to maintain a professional, friendly and positive manner in all
correspondence with any applicant. We will refrain from criticism unless
specifically requested by an applicant, and in such instances, will remain
positive when possible in an effort to promote goodwill and advance the
level of quality among Web Sites and will only respond to such correspondence
if time allows. We agree under no circumstances
will we reveal the score or any critiques from any evaluator to any applicant.

We pledge to notify all applicants within 3 days, (accept for June 2002 award applicants) to assure them that application
has been received or in some cases, application could not be accepted.

We pledge to evaluate all submitted sites within 31 days of receipt
of submission. If this deadline cannot be met, we agree to suspend submissions
until we can again work within this time frame.

We pledge that notification by email will be sent to all Award Winning Web sites.
Non-winning Web sites will not receive notification.

We pledge to allow eligibility to all applicants who meet our criteria
for Mesweet's Awards. We agree to be uniform in our eligibility requirements
(criteria) and will fairly evaluate all Web
sites meeting our criteria which are submitted by any applicant.
We further agree to clearly post these criteria.

We pledge not to discriminate on grounds of race, gender, nation of origin,
religion, profession, age (unless under age 14, I want to abide by COPPA laws), mental or physical handicap, or any other reason
which is not globally viewed as an illegal trait or manner of conduct.
We agree that we will not knowingly accept any application or have any
correspondence with anyone under the age of 14, due to COPPA.

We pledge to evaluate Web sites under the criteria which was in place at
the time of application. If changes are made to criteria after application
is received, the submitted site or sites will be evaluated using the Criteria
that was in effect when applicant initially submitted the site or sites.

We pledge that all Web sites are evaluated by one person. I, " Debra
Sharp", Owner of Mesweet's Awards Program is the sole
reviewer of all Web sites, unless an conflict of interest arises.

We pledge to immediately inform any criteria compliant applicant in writing,
of a 'Refrain to Evaluate' if it is found that a Conflict of Interest
would occur in evaluating their Web site. Such may occur upon being requested
to evaluate the Web site of a good friend. If this happens I will step
down and give applicant a choice of being evaluated by other members
of The Fairness & Integrity Site Evaluators
listed at this site. If any of The Fairness & Integrity
Site Evaluators also have a conflict of interest, then they too will
step down and the remaining evaluators will evaluate the Web site.

We pledge to maintain a professional, friendly and positive manner in
correspondence and communication held with any applicant, but understand
that I am human and I have feelings too and I will not tolerate any abuse
from anyone and will react accordingly.

We pledge not to divulge any information about any applicant to persons,
groups, or agencies not directly connected to our Awards Program, and only
then for the purpose of evaluating submissions,notifying winners or asking
a question about an award application or an award applicant's web site. All
information received from applicants via e-mail submissions or submission
forms will be deemed private. Please read privacy
statement. for more information.

We pledge to encourage and promote the use of original material for Awards
Programs Criteria and evaluation processes. PLEASE NOTE: The Awards Evaluation processes in use at Mesweet's
Award Site are copyrighted material and written authorization is required
for their use. Parts of this ethic declaration was copied from sample

We pledge to maintain any owned individual Web Sites that include Awards
Programs to a standard that meets the criteria of the awards given.
In the case of any awards offered that are outside the main subject of
our web sites, any such web sites will be maintained to a high standard
of integrity in all their main areas.

We pledge to offer award winning participants alternative award graphics
of size, design, and backgrounds to accommodate their Web titles format,
if an award winner requests it. If we cannot come
into agreement of size, design and background, then a text link will
be the alternative.

We pledge that any obligation for winning awards beyond the criteria will
be set forth in writing. There will be no obligation at this time
for winning Awards from this web site beyond meeting the Criteria. It is
not, and never will be, mandatory at this Web site to sign a Guest book
or to join a mailing list. It is not a requirement that any Awards granted
from this web site must be linked back to our web site, but it is appreciated
when you do.

We pledge that under no circumstances shall we deliberately endorse or
promote any person, party, or Web site that endorses, promotes or contains
content which is considered violations of human and animal
rights or any content that causes, or may cause, denigration, or
damage to living creatures be they sentient or not.

We pledge not to accept favors of any sort in exchange for preferential
treatment of submissions. We will, at all times, maintain the highest standard
of honesty, integrity, and trust.

We pledge that we will take all measures necessary to maintain the honor
and integrity of our Awards Programs.
